Students learn the basic techniques of self-defense while improving balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Classes are designed to meet the needs of all ability levels. Taekwondo abides by the tenets:

Afterschool Taekwondo (Ages 5-12)

Instruction provided by Sahn Taekwondo. Students learn the basic techniques of self-defense while improving balance, strength, coordination and flexibility with a convenient schedule that works with many busy family schedules.

Days: Tuesday/Thursday
Times:  Tue 4:00-5:30pm
Dates: January 7-May 29

Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel up to 8 days prior to the first day of the program for a refund, less a $3 cancellation charge. Within 8 days of the program, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. If the program does not meet minimum attendance requirement it will be cancelled and customer will be refunded without fees.
