Individualized Program Design (Ages 14+)
Follow a customized fitness program designed by one of our certified Personal Trainers specific to your needs. We understand that everyone's fitness goals and abilities are different. That is why we are excited to offer an individualized program design! This is a great way to utilize one of our fitness professionals to guide you through a progressive training plan that you can do on your own time; either at home, outdoors, in the facility or a mix of all! We offer a variety of packages with different levels of service to accommodate you and your goals. Every option comes with a free consultation to create an initial strategy together. Please note that these training plans are best fit for individuals who have previous experience working out on their own and familiarity with the gym. If you are new to training, it is recommended to schedule in-person sessions with a trainer first.
Resistance Training Plan: Designed to improve musculoskeletal strength, hypertrophy, power, mobility, and athletic performance. This is a personalized prescription of weekly exercises, sets, and reps using both bodyweight and equipment. Select the Basic or Premium Package.
Endurance Training Plan: Individualized aerobic conditioning workouts that improve cardiovascular function while increasing your stamina (and pace!) in whatever your pursuit, be it hiking, cycling, uphill skiing, even walking! Select the Basic or Premium Package.
Resistance + Endurance Training Bundle: All the benefits of the resistance training plan, PLUS individualized aerobic conditioning workouts to maximize your fitness goals. Select the Basic or Premium Package.
Event-Specific Package: Designed for those interested in training for a specific event like races, powerlifting competitions, or preparation for seasonal sports. Resistance training PLUS aerobic conditioning workouts specifically tailored to the demands of your goal event. This plan starts with a minimum commitment to our premium package and includes two performance testing sessions AND weekly check-ins for full support to help measure progress.

Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR) and/or Functional Threshold Power (FTP) Test: A ramp test that gradually increases in intensity to establish heart rate and/or power-based training zones. Depending on the sport you are training for we will test accordingly to replicate your training modality.
One-Repetition Maximum (1-RM) Strength Test: A maximum strength test to establish the most amount of weight you can lift for 1-5 repetitions at failure. This modality of strength testing is best utilized on major compound lifts like the barbell squat, deadlift or bench press. Once a 1RM is established we will provide your individualized training percentages for you to utilize in programming and periodization.
