Starting on Wednesday, September 11, the River Park Playground will be sectioned off and some areas/features will be closed for painting preparation and painting/refurbishment work. painting/work and disruptions/closures are estimated to conclude by the end of next week (9/20).
River Park is an artfully designed and constructed environment for children ages 5-12 to experience river systems, forests, and the rich history of the area while at play. River Park received the Colorado Lottery's 2019 Starburst Award for excellence in the use of funds for a community project.
