Join us for a NEW 20 day challenge to crush your New Year's resolutions and reach your fitness goals! This progressive 4 week challenge works all aspects of your body, focusing on upper body, lower body, full body strength, mobility, flexibility & overall endurance in just 30-40 minutes a day! We provide baseline testing and fitness assessments at the beginning and the end to individualize this challenge for YOU and only YOU! Be ready to gain strength and lose weight. Each day of the week is a completely new workout to challenge your strength, agility, core and flexibility.

- Tuesday: Lower Body Strength
- Wednesday: Mobility, Stretching & Core
- Thursday: Upper Body Strength
- Friday: Full Body Cardio/HIIT
